Description

  • Use TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center to identify and recruit suitable creators for brand clients
  • Outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard creators into affiliate campaigns
  • Build and maintain long-term creator relationships and implement rewarding/incentive schemes
  • Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings
  • Monitor daily activity and performance metrics (CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, Affiliate %) and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Collaborate with Department Lead, content and paid teams, and clients to align product selection and creator strategy
  • Provide creators with support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance
  • Track and report affiliate campaign results using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools, share insights with stakeholders, and iterate strategies over time

Requirements

  • Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform — trends, content, creators, and commerce tools
  • Experience managing teams and/or affiliates/influencer programs
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts concurrently
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Startup or agency background preferred
  • Nice to have: experience managing DTC eCommerce stores or background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social
  • Nice to have: experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce tools such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Ability to work remotely (offshore) as a full-time contractor and coordinate with internal teams and clients
