Description

  • Discover, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates through TikTok Shop’s Affiliate Center.
  • Outreach to creators, negotiate participation terms, and build long-term affiliate relationships.
  • Set up and manage affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content briefings.
  • Monitor daily campaign activity and performance metrics such as CTR, sales, AOV, GMV, and affiliate percentage.
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns to improve conversions and creator effectiveness.
  • Work with department leadership, content teams, paid teams, and clients to align product selection with creator strategy.
  • Liaise with creators to provide support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance.
  • Track and report campaign results using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.
  • Share performance insights with stakeholders and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Test and iterate campaign approaches to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms such as Amazon or Shopify.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, content, creators, and commerce tools.
  • Experience managing teams and/or affiliate or influencer programs.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Startup or agency background is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience managing DTC eCommerce stores is preferred.
  • Background in digital marketing, influencer strategy, or paid social is preferred.
  • Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and Shop Affiliate features is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is preferred.
