Description

  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and define projects, proposals, and Statements of Work.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Manage project plans and delivery artifacts to support successful execution and contractual and financial compliance.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases, additional stakeholders, and new datasets.
  • Serve as the primary interface between client leadership, Snorkel’s technical teams, and Snorkel leadership.
  • Orchestrate multiple workstreams to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Develop and refine best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.
  • Work across complex National Security problems and related federal environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role such as management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success.
  • Strong background in project delivery and collaborative problem-solving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives or standard AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify value-aligned growth opportunities.
  • Track record of overseeing a portfolio of engagements while balancing resources and timelines across multiple customer projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
  • Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA or Master’s in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing and drafting responses to federal RFCs, RFIs, and RFPs preferred.
  • Experience working across Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies, including federal law enforcement, healthcare, financial/regulatory, and military operations and logistics.
  • Active TS security clearance required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

  • Salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD.
