Description

  • Gather and document stakeholder requirements for Oracle EBS features, enhancements, and configurations.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle EBS solution designs.
  • Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules through production deployment.
  • Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
  • Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams during solution delivery.
  • Analyze business processes and identify efficiency improvements using Oracle EBS.
  • Develop system and user documentation and deliver training on new functionality.

Requirements

  • Active security clearance or public trust, depending on contract sponsor.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience; directly related postgraduate study may substitute at a rate of three credit hours per three months, up to 36 credit hours.
  • Commercial treasury and cash management implementation experience.
  • Deep accounting knowledge, including line of accounting (LOA) configuration and federal financials.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and modules such as Finance and Procurement.
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring applications, and conducting testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business-to-technical translation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle EBS R12 certification, Oracle Cloud development, Oracle APEX, project costing, or core financial accounting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or CPA preferred.
