Description

  • Partner with technical and business leaders to define key metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled data products that shape strategic direction and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Establish hypothesis-driven decision-making through statistically rigorous experimentation.
  • Tackle open-ended problems by defining the approach, conducting rigorous analyses, and translating findings into business impact.
  • Transform complex analytical findings into clear narratives that influence organizational direction.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, develop, and maintain dimensional data models.
  • Champion data governance practices and raise standards for data and code quality across technical teams.
  • Align analytical roadmaps with business priorities and anticipate emerging stakeholder needs.
  • Provide technical mentorship and act as a force multiplier across partner teams.
  • Drive clarity and adoption in ambiguous, high-stakes contexts through leadership and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics or statistics.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decisions through experimentation and advanced analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and dbt for querying, transforming, and validating complex data sets.
  • Experience using Python and/or R for advanced statistical modeling.
  • Experience collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineers to build robust data models and data quality guardrails.
  • Experience establishing and scaling causal learning frameworks and designing statistically significant experiments.
  • Experience designing and presenting data visualizations that communicate actionable insights.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to both business and technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership ability to articulate vision, drive clarity, and bring people along.
