Description

  • Manage advanced Salesforce configurations, security settings, and user roles.
  • Lead the technical setup and maintenance of the Service Cloud environment, including routing, CTI integrations, and case management for the contact center.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of third-party integrations, including API setup, mapping, monitoring, and troubleshooting data sync issues.
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and advanced declarative automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product/Engineering, Customer Support, and other teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Support data governance by maintaining data integrity, deduplication, and compliance.
  • Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable insights.
  • Support release management, change management, and deployment cycles.
  • Build automation and enhance Salesforce functionality using Flows and API integrations.
  • Provide thought leadership to streamline workflows and help support infrastructure scale with growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with hands-on expertise in configuration, automation, and integrations.
  • Deep experience setting up and optimizing Service Cloud features and contact center technologies such as IVR/CTI integration, chat, and complex routing logic.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Proven ability to design scalable solutions and automation for Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, and Customer Support workflows.
  • Experience working with security models, permission structures, and data governance best practices.
  • Must hold Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, creative approach to improving system performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong data management abilities, including organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making.
