Description

  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on department standards and processes.
  • Enhance and maintain test plans to verify application functionality meets requirements.
  • Support business application systems and maintain plan data integrity.
  • Track department metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop quality acceptance standards.
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and present recommendations to managers and team leaders.
  • Develop and deploy daily audits to assess the quality and accuracy of Benefit Configuration Specialists' and Analysts' work products.
  • Ensure accurate analysis and quality of benefit plan designs from pre-implementation through post-implementation in pharmacy and medical settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare and/or PBM is required.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacy QA Analyst is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration, benefits configuration, eligibility requirements, benefit provisions, and enrollment protocols is required.
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
  • Self-starter with the ability to make informed decisions, solve difficult challenges creatively, and deliver on commitments.
  • Execution-focused, solutions-oriented, and efficiency-driven problem solver.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced technology company.
