Description

  • Participate in the presales process for large Enterprise clients to illustrate SmithRx’s value to potential clients, consultants, and brokers
  • Query large datasets and independently generate ad hoc analyses with clear, actionable insights
  • Leverage historical claims data to create reprice reporting for assessment and risk management
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality, client-ready Enterprise-grade deliverables for the sales team
  • Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and summarize findings for stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverable quality through audit/evaluation processes and personal accountability
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with internal teams (Sales, Analytics, Clinical, Supply Chain) and external partners via email, Slack, phone, and video
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to illustrate additional impacts of implementing SmithRx and support non-Enterprise RFP pipeline when Enterprise workload is low

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights
  • Ability to query and analyze large datasets and produce ad hoc analyses
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
