Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging, identify content gaps, and build the content roadmap for global orchestrated campaigns.
  • Develop and lead an Editorial Board and a team-wide editorial strategy.
  • Own content planning and execution aligned to the buyer journey.
  • Support thought leadership development with subject matter experts and executive leadership.
  • Coach and develop a team of writers and content producers to create high-impact content assets.
  • Contribute to quarterly campaign planning, reporting, and annual marketing strategy.
  • Measure content program impact using KPIs and data to inform quarterly content plans.
  • Test, track, and report content performance results and recommend optimizations.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of content management and strategy experience.
  • SaaS B2B marketing experience.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with demonstrated success creating compelling content tailored to goals and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and scale teams and processes in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort managing multiple demands and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working at a fast-growing company.
  • Preferred/considered compensation includes a U.S. base salary range of $147,500 to $192,500.
  • Eligible for a market-competitive incentive opportunity.
