Description

  • Lead 12-15 concurrent customer engagements to implement Smartsheet across different industries and use cases.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to manage timelines, scope, and change requests.
  • Design, demonstrate, and build Smartsheet solutions that fit customer business needs.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Smartsheet, including premium products.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within customer user bases and across the Smartsheet platform.
  • Advise customers on best practices and scalable platform capabilities across industries and business functions.
  • Implement packaged solutions from the Services Catalog to deliver faster time to value.
  • Prescribe best-practice implementation approaches within the context of each package.
  • Recommend additional solutions and services to support customer growth along the customer journey.
  • Act as a mentor to team members and help improve customer adoption, growth, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing SaaS applications.
  • Project management skills, including timeline, scope, and project execution management.
  • Strong spreadsheet formula and logic skills in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience translating customer business requirements into SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Experience with problem solving and risk resolution.
  • Business process optimization experience.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and/or software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Management or technology consulting experience.
  • Must reside in Costa Rica and be eligible for remote work within Costa Rica.
