Description

  • Partner daily with the SVP of Revenue Operations and senior leaders across the business to execute GTM strategy and support growth.
  • Support organizational objectives that improve instrumentation, field productivity, and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to global strategy development and international expansion by helping design scalable team structures and deployment infrastructure.
  • Prioritize and manage the roadmap of initiatives for sales acceleration, pipeline optimization, and market penetration.
  • Evaluate and oversee cross-functional processes that improve the pursuit and closure of high-value sales opportunities.
  • Optimize the early sales lifecycle from lead generation through order management in partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to define curriculum requirements that improve GTM productivity.
  • Ensure effective tracking and measurement of cross-functional marketing programs, lead flow, and marketing attribution.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Create and administer compensation plans and quota programs across sales teams.
  • Provide capacity planning and forecasting insights for hiring, coverage models, and team configurations.
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to improve sales operations processes, including contracting and quoting.
  • Develop sales reporting and internal intelligence tools that provide real-time pipeline visibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, business planning, and management in a SaaS B2B sales environment.
  • Experience supporting business scaling internationally.
  • Experience working in both publicly traded and PE-owned companies.
  • Proven experience leading complex process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving impact through strategy execution and management.
  • Experience managing or leading strategy and operations teams at scale.
  • Experience leading analytically rigorous corporate initiatives.
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • US base salary range of $205,000 to $265,000.
