Description

  • Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across paid social and paid search platforms.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign structure, budget pacing, and creative rotation to meet demand generation targets.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI using performance data and guidance from marketing leads.
  • Upload and manage ad creative, copy variations, and campaign assets across channels.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and formats and recommend future changes based on results.
  • Ensure campaigns follow naming conventions, QA standards, and documentation guidelines for accurate measurement.
  • Support updates to campaign landing pages in Smartsheet’s CMS, including content changes and QA.
  • Partner with web and content teams to ensure landing pages are linked, tracked, and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify issues and trends, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience executing and managing campaigns in paid social and/or paid search platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience with paid media targeting, bidding, budgets, and creative testing.
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics and turning insights into optimizations.
  • Experience supporting or updating landing pages in a CMS, with Drupal preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.
  • Interest in developing deeper expertise in paid media and demand generation.
  • Fluency in English and eligibility to work in India on an ongoing basis.
