Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, billing, collections, and credit or refund requests.
  • Prioritize work to meet cash collection, accounts receivable aging, and days sales outstanding (DSO) targets.
  • Provide accounts receivable reports, analysis, and cash forecasts.
  • Manage past due customer accounts to support timely cash collections.
  • Provide billing assistance to Sales teams to resolve customer payment disputes.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve escalations and improve business processes.
  • Work directly with customers and Sales team members to troubleshoot and resolve billing, invoicing, and collection issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and service ticket or case systems.
  • 2+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to deliver quality work with timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, use good judgment, and handle tasks under pressure.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
