Description

  • Design, build, and launch new multi-product features for SmarterDx’s applications.
  • Design, build, and launch reusable frontend components that are responsive and accessible.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to understand users and iterate on new ideas.
  • Protect patient privacy and security through secure coding practices.
  • Research and advocate for improved techniques, processes, and designs within the team.
  • Support SmarterDx’s applications in production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on user-facing solutions.
  • Expertise in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Experience working with Postgres or a similar relational database.
  • Experience owning web applications end-to-end, from requirements gathering through QA and delivery.
  • Experience working with product managers to plan, build, and iterate on deliverables.
  • Experience working in a security-conscious environment.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience at a scale-up or rapid-growth technology company is preferred.
  • Experience designing and building information-dense user interfaces is preferred.
  • Experience in the health tech domain, particularly in clinical software, is preferred.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience with Python and React is preferred.
