Description

  • Investigate operational problems by identifying what happened, what is missing, and where to focus first.
  • Analyze trends, metrics, and patterns and convert findings into clear recommendations.
  • Own and improve documentation, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Support and onboard clients on the company’s software platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and operational issues.
  • Work directly with clients through chat, email, and calls to explain findings and next steps.
  • Use root-cause analysis, QA, and process-improvement methods to improve how work gets done.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a thinking-heavy role focused on investigating, analyzing, auditing, or improving work rather than pure execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with root-cause analysis, trend/KPI analysis, QA, or process improvement.
  • Strong spoken and written English for clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Structured problem-solving approach with the ability to investigate before jumping to solutions.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and learning a software platform deeply.
  • Based in the Philippines and available to work US Central Time hours.
  • Background in KYC, AML, fraud, risk, compliance, quality, operations, reporting, workforce, or process-improvement analysis is strongly relevant.
  • Preferred experience in financial operations, insurance operations, or other investigation-heavy roles.
  • Preferred experience creating dashboards, reports, training materials, or knowledge bases.
  • Résumé should show clear employment dates and concrete examples of analytical work.
