Description

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey and deliver a tailored, positive client experience.
  • Ensure client billings, statutory filings, and onboarding records are maintained with complete accuracy.
  • Process new clients quickly and work toward a target of less than three business days of onboarding time.
  • Apply Singapore regulatory requirements, including ACRA, the Companies Act 1967, and AML/CFT policies, to ensure compliance.
  • Organise daily work to meet scope, timelines, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Use Sleek’s automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and resolve requests or escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Sales, the Head of Client Onboarding, and the Team Leader to support scalable workflows.
  • Provide feedback to management through continuous improvement cycles to simplify and refine processes.
  • Proactively inform clients when roadblocks or additional information may delay onboarding.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree or diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally experience in client-facing roles handling sensitive information and complex client matters.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and productivity software.
  • Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance, including ACRA and AML/CFT, is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven, and VUCA environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for supporting entrepreneurs.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, humility, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making in recent roles.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations in a positive and constructive way.
  • Willingness to work independently in a remote environment based in the Philippines.
