Description

  • Support audit team with client onboarding by contacting clients, collecting requirements, and ensuring onboarding is complete and timely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, providing updates, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate across internal departments to track audit progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers, status updates, and organized documentation throughout the audit process.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in client records and audit-related documentation.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and keep work moving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they delay the audit process.
  • Use a customer-first approach when managing client communication and stakeholder interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or a coordination role.
  • Proven experience in client-facing communication across email, calls, and messaging platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and track tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with basic tracking tools.
  • Experience in onboarding, operations support, or service delivery coordination.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client data and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to follow through without constant supervision.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Adaptability and willingness to handle ambiguous or evolving processes.
  • Demonstrated ownership, humility, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making in recent roles.
  • Comfort with having tough conversations in a positive and constructive way.
