Description

  • Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and customer fulfillment operations.
  • Directly manage the Customer Service Manager and align customer service with logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Develop and track team KPIs for on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee third-party warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, order processing, and temperature control compliance.
  • Conduct on-site audits and quarterly business reviews with warehouse and fulfillment partners.
  • Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain ERP accuracy.
  • Manage e-commerce fulfillment operations, including direct-to-consumer and Amazon programs.
  • Monitor Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central metrics, including OTIF, chargebacks, and inventory health.
  • Oversee outbound temperature-controlled freight and optimize transportation modes, service, and cost.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Marketing, IT, and external consultants to improve performance and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and education considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics within a CPG, food, or beverage company, with temperature-sensitive experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience managing both logistics and customer service functions.
  • Experience with 3PL operations, temperature-controlled freight, and distributor logistics such as UNFI and KeHE.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with NetSuite preferred, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central programs.
  • Experience with US export to Canada or Mexico is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including departmental budget management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of FSMA, temperature-controlled logistics, and food safety compliance standards.
