Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, warranties, and return policies.
  • Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Track customer requests from first contact through closure and maintain service-level expectations.
  • Maintain positive customer experiences through culturally appropriate communication across MENA markets.
  • Record customer interactions, case notes, and service history accurately in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare and update service documentation, internal reports, order forms, delivery notes, and customer correspondence.
  • Coordinate appointments, service visits, call-backs, follow-ups, and team calendars.
  • Support internal administrative workflows such as filing, scanning, archiving, and organizing digital documents.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, sales, operations, warehouse, and technical teams to coordinate updates and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience or no experience in customer service, administrative support, call center operations, hospitality, retail support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • MENA region experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets, email management, and document formatting.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tickets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving ability with confidence to identify root causes and escalate effectively.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of customer expectations across different MENA countries.
  • Ability to work office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on business needs and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work Sunday–Thursday in some MENA locations and occasionally outside standard hours.
