Description

  • Source and identify highly qualified technical candidates using Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring requirements and business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to strengthen their sourcing and recruiting capabilities.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to track candidates and generate reports.
  • Stay current on trends and technologies in technical recruitment and hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and talent acquisition plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with senior or lead-level responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in Boolean search and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and candidates.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field preferred.
