Description

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets for sales, marketing, and operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to set sales quotas based on financial forecasts and historical performance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Monitor budget-versus-actual performance and report variances to management.
  • Conduct revenue forecasting, cash flow analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Support leadership with strategic planning, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools for multiple departments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, quota setting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and operational departments.
  • Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to present data clearly to leadership.
