Description

  • Develop and maintain the company’s long-term financial plan in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set multi-year growth targets and define the financial roadmap.
  • Build long-range forecasts and scenario plans for changing business models, market actions, and external conditions.
  • Provide thought leadership to challenge assumptions and support sustainable value creation.
  • Set financial and strategic targets for portfolio businesses and monitor performance metrics.
  • Lead research on industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategy.
  • Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and what-if modeling to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead the capital allocation process and prioritize funding toward the highest-return initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic finance projects end to end, including governance, change management, and post-implementation review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • (Re)insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in financial software and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to work without employment visa sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available.
