Description

  • Act as the finance partner to functions across Experiences, including Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, Customer Care, Payments, and Supply.
  • Own annual planning and recurring forecast cycles for fixed costs and global headcount.
  • Lead executive, CFO-pack, and Board/earnings reporting that supports quarterly decisions.
  • Partner with accounting through monthly close.
  • Own approval workflows for procurement, vendor, and headcount requisition requests.
  • Keep headcount and spend data accurate across systems and model risk for leadership.
  • Replace manual reporting with self-serve dashboards, automation, and AI.
  • Hire and manage the team’s first dedicated analyst after ramping and assessing the function.
  • Lead recurring business reviews and help shape C-suite resource decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Experience owning large cost and headcount budgets in tech or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning systems such as Workday Financial Planning or Hyperion/Essbase.
  • Working SQL skills and comfort with modern data tools such as BigQuery, Python, and Apps Script.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn manual processes into automated workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create crisp, concise executive materials.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence partners across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
  • Experience analyzing two-sided marketplace dynamics, multi-currency impacts, or contingent staffing economics is a plus.
