Description

  • Create engaging internal content that strengthens connection, celebrates success, and reinforces culture.
  • Tell colleague stories and highlight experiences, achievements, and initiatives across the business.
  • Use written, visual, and digital formats to keep internal content fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain and update intranet content on SharePoint so information is easy to find and current.
  • Support the growth of engagement on Viva Engage through internal storytelling and leadership visibility.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement survey communications, coordination, and follow-up activity.
  • Help translate survey results into practical actions that improve colleague experience.
  • Support internal communication campaigns tied to engagement, culture, and business priorities.
  • Help manage and promote the recognition platform so it is used consistently across the Group.
  • Partner with ERGs and social and charity committees to support communications around events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Maintain planning calendars and simple frameworks to support internal communications delivery.
  • Use feedback and engagement insight to continuously improve internal communications.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • A genuine interest in people, culture, and employee experience.
  • Creativity and curiosity, with a willingness to try new approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and confidence working with colleagues across the business.
  • A willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Some exposure to internal communications, engagement activity, or people-focused roles such as internships, placements, or early-career roles (desirable).
  • Interest in engagement surveys, recognition programmes, or inclusive initiatives (desirable).
  • Basic design or digital content skills, or a strong desire to develop them (desirable).
  • Must not require employer visa sponsorship, as SiriusPoint is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship at this time.
