Description

  • Execute program initiatives from inception through deployment while aligning deliverables with business and military mission objectives.
  • Design, build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and web applications using Qlik Sense and Streamlit.
  • Apply UI/UX principles to convert complex aircraft maintenance data into clear, actionable interfaces.
  • Provide military aircraft maintenance expertise to guide and validate AI/ML model development.
  • Conduct data discovery and exploratory data analysis on maintenance records and flight logs to identify trends, failure patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Engage with military leaders and engineering teams to communicate maintenance trends and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
  • 4+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of analytics education and military aviation experience.
  • Hands-on experience developing business intelligence dashboards and analytical applications using tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Streamlit.
  • Practical understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of military aircraft maintenance procedures, logistics systems, and aviation sustainment trends.
  • Experience with DoD maintenance data systems and Air Force platforms such as REMIS, G081/IMDS, or Advana/CBM+.
  • Experience with data visualization tools including Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, plus foundational statistical knowledge such as probability, distributions, precision, recall, and F1 score.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
  • Desire to learn and advance in aviation maintenance data; a STEM or analytics bachelor’s degree, Python and SQL proficiency, Databricks experience, AI/ML knowledge, and Agile tool experience with Jira, Confluence, or Lucidchart are preferred.
