Description

  • Provide direct operations support to MCCS PPBEA reform initiatives and enterprise resource management efforts.
  • Support the development of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes across APF and NAF programs.
  • Develop executive-level analytical products, including reports, briefings, and decision papers.
  • Facilitate senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across MCICOM and Headquarters Marine Corps.
  • Operate independently with minimal government oversight while managing complex assignments.
  • Lead meetings, drive action items to closure, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Support MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or comparable military community support programs as an action officer.
  • Contribute to performance management, risk management, and enterprise governance initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting DoD resource management, program analysis, installation support programs, or related functional areas.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or comparable military community support programs.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products.
  • Experience facilitating senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, or strategic planning efforts.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience supporting MCCS as an action officer, PPBEA reform processes, APF and NAF programming/budgeting/execution/governance, COLS development, Power BI, ETMS2, or comparable headquarters organizations.
