Description

  • Design scalable architecture blueprints for NCFMS modules aligned with federal financial standards.
  • Oversee integration of financial databases, cloud services, and web applications.
  • Maintain and modernize enterprise Oracle financial systems and supporting services.
  • Enforce federal security controls, including NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Collaborate with DOL program managers, financial analysts, and cybersecurity teams to resolve system bottlenecks.
  • Support system performance, security, availability, continuous improvement, and compliance.
  • Coordinate architecture activities across financial management functions such as payments, budgeting, fixed assets, general ledger, and project accounting.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise-scale solution architecture, particularly with federal financial systems or large-scale Oracle ERP implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field preferred.
  • Deep expertise with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL database administration.
  • Expertise in modern APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with DOL NCFMS or a large federal Oracle EBS implementation preferred.
  • Agile delivery experience preferred.
  • AI-focused experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and team- and client-oriented skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 or 6 clearance.
  • Must perform work within the continental United States; occasional in-person meetings at DOL headquarters in Washington, DC may be required.
