Description

  • Turn copy and rough wireframes into polished, high-converting landing page designs.
  • Use UX/UI judgment to make the customer decision easier and improve conversion outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous briefs into effective visual solutions without requiring step-by-step direction.
  • Build and present mockups in tools such as Figma or Claude Design for approval.
  • Implement approved landing pages in Replo and similar landing page builders.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during the build process and resolve them independently.
  • Revise landing pages based on customer feedback and conversion insights.
  • Work closely with the CGO and Creative Director to deliver pages quickly and directly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience designing for ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong ability to turn copy and wireframes into designs that convert.
  • Understanding of customer psychology and how to reduce doubts and hesitations through design.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience building in Replo or a similar landing page builder.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
  • CRO knowledge.
  • Ability to think independently and translate raw customer feedback into landing page improvements.
  • Experience with Figma or Claude Design for mockups (preferred).
