Description

  • Design visually compelling, user-friendly websites for a variety of industries and business sizes.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs from concept through final approval.
  • Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the final website.
  • Work within project requirements, timelines, and brand guidelines.
  • Apply UX and conversion optimization principles to improve usability and engagement.
  • Organize and maintain clean, scalable design systems and project files.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive websites that have been launched successfully.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.
  • Solid knowledge of UX, UI, and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience designing websites for Shopify and WordPress platforms.
  • Familiarity with website structure, layouts, and theme customization from a designer’s perspective.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices, including color contrast, typography, navigation, and inclusive design.
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, composition, color theory, and hierarchy.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a remote team.
  • Experience creating design systems and reusable UI component libraries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with website analytics or conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers (preferred).
  • Experience working in a digital agency or managing multiple client brands simultaneously (preferred).
  • Knowledge of current web design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging UX best practices (preferred).

Benefits

  • Full-time remote setup.
  • Work schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Time).
