Description

  • Architect, build, and deploy full-funnel systems in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, sales pages, webinar funnels, VSL funnels, product funnels, membership funnels, and upsell/downsell flows.
  • Configure pipelines, automations, triggers, email and SMS sequences, checkout flows, CRM connections, payment gateway integrations, and tracking systems.
  • QA each funnel end-to-end before traffic is launched to ensure smooth performance and accurate integrations.
  • Run ongoing A/B split tests across headlines, calls to action, layouts, creative assets, pricing, and copy variations.
  • Analyze conversion rate, ROAS, bounce rate, user behavior, CPA, and CPL to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Use AI tools to generate and refine copy, landing pages, ad creative, VSL scripts, email sequences, and offer structures.
  • Design and support retargeting campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn as relevant.
  • Maintain and improve landing page, sales page, webinar, email, and ad messaging with strong conversion-focused positioning.
  • Work directly with leadership and brand owners to test, improve, and scale funnels across the company’s ecosystem of brands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience building and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates and scale revenue.
  • Experience running retargeting campaigns across Meta, Google, or TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing psychology.
  • Ability to build funnel pages independently.
  • Experience using AI tools for copy, creative, or automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance tracking ability.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Autonomous, efficient, and outcomes-driven work style.
  • Portfolio of funnels built, ideally with metrics.
  • Examples of A/B testing improvements.
  • Overview of AI tools currently used.
  • A short Loom video explaining how you increase conversions and describing a funnel you improved and the result.
  • Immediate availability is required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of USD $1,000 per month.
  • Volume-based commission on net collected revenue per funnel per month.
  • Additional performance accelerators may apply for strong revenue growth and sustained funnel performance.
