Description

  • Build and maintain features across the marketing technology platform and mobile applications.
  • Develop and extend integrations with marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for campaign targeting, segmentation, and messaging delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions for new platform features.
  • Write code, review code, and help maintain the quality of the codebase.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team members who are early in their careers.
  • Work with the team to continuously build, deploy, and improve scalable solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery for stakeholder-driven initiatives.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in a mid-level development role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (required).
  • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend development, with React experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with backend-focused languages such as Go or a similar compiled, statically typed language.
  • Intermediate understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Experience or exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Braze, AppsFlyer, or Contentful is preferred.
  • Familiarity with React Native, native iOS/Android development, or mobile SDK integration is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, is preferred.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design, microservice architecture, software development workflows, and release processes is preferred.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or workflow orchestration tools is preferred.
  • Comfort working across the full stack, from backend services and data pipelines to frontend UI and mobile surfaces, is preferred.
