Description

  • Assist in the design, development, and installation of software solutions.
  • Develop new features as part of an integrated software team.
  • Write code and document software functionality.
  • Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Provide support and consulting on software system usage.
  • Ensure work complies with project plans and industry standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
  • Build high-quality, innovative, and performant software.
  • Contribute to testing and release processes as part of the engineering workflow.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience for this junior development role.
  • Experience working on single-page web applications (SPA).
  • Experience with backend API development.
  • Experience with relational database storage and retrieval.
  • Familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Golang, React, React Native, TypeScript, Python, MySQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Kubernetes, or GitLab is relevant to the stack.
  • Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong interpersonal qualities aligned with high standards, trust, accountability, and results orientation.
