Description

  • Lead the team as a technical lead by writing production code, conducting code reviews, and applying software development best practices.
  • Own team execution, delivery, and technical leadership in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Contribute directly to team velocity through individual technical contributions.
  • Establish and track KPIs and team norms to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and grow team members through technical guidance, pairing sessions, and code reviews.
  • Participate in hiring when needed.
  • Build an engineering culture that supports innovation, reliability, and high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop strong working relationships with leaders and cross-functional departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a full-stack environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and design.
  • Experience with Golang, Python, React, AWS, GitLab, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to empower technical teams.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience building flowchart architecture diagrams with a focus on scale.
  • Experience with Typescript, React Native, MySQL 8, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and Git is preferred or part of the team’s stack.
  • Familiarity with developer-driven testing, including automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
