Description

  • Provide clear, prompt, detailed, and customer-oriented support to consumers.
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and issues through email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Resolve inquiries ranging from basic to complex product and service issues.
  • Build trust and a strong support network with the customer support team.
  • Work with customers to understand how they use Sezzle services and share feedback with Product and Development teams.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying improvement opportunities in the product and support processes.
  • Report customer trends to leadership and suggest solutions that improve the customer experience.
  • Write clear and concise instructions to help customers use Sezzle effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Experience handling complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via email, phone, and/or live chat, preferably in a software environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, kind, and articulate customer support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and use personal judgment to take initiative.
  • Ability to dig into systems or processes to solve customer problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.
  • A third language is preferred.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and work only from within Colombia.
  • Full availability during the first 2 months, with no vacations approved during that period.
  • Fixed shift based in Central Standard Time.
  • Ability to complete 3-4 weeks of training.
