Description

  • Provide clear, prompt, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to consumers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Write clear and concise instructions to help customers use Sezzle services.
  • Build trust and a strong support relationship with customers and the customer support team.
  • Partner with Product and Development teams by sharing customer feedback and usage insights.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying product and process improvement opportunities.
  • Report customer trends to leadership and suggest solutions that improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and able to work remotely from within the country only.
  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish; a third language is preferred.
  • Experience handling complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via email, phone, and/or live chat, preferably in software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and use sound judgment to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.
  • Ability to work a fixed shift based in Central Standard Time.
  • Availability for 3-4 training weeks.
  • Full availability during the first 2 months, with no vacations approved during that period.

Benefits

  • Salary of $3,000,000 COP per month.
  • Performance bonus of 15%-25% of monthly salary.
