Description

Support and modernize AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle cloud infrastructure for the Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services program.
Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, including state management, modules, and environment separation.
Manage Git-based source control (GitLab preferred), including branching, merging, code reviews, and infrastructure code changes.
Build, operate, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment stages and resolve pipeline failures.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux/server systems, including file systems, services, permissions, configurations, and performance tuning.
Implement, apply, and validate security hardening and STIG (or similar security baseline) compliance.
Perform backup and recovery operations, verify backups, and execute restore and disaster recovery procedures.
Provide operational and incident support for production systems, diagnosing issues across infrastructure, pipelines, and applications.
Perform basic ServiceNow administration tasks and support platform environment operations, tying platform performance to underlying infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience (additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
US citizenship required.
Interim Secret clearance required to start and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance required for employment.
Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure fundamentals (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM, S3) and general multi‑cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
Familiarity with networking concepts, including subnets, security groups, and routing.
Experience writing, modifying, deploying, and troubleshooting Terraform configurations, including state management and modules.
Proficiency with Git workflows and experience with GitLab or similar source control platforms.
Experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline-based deployments and automations.
System administration experience on Linux/servers and ability to troubleshoot system-level issues.
Familiarity with security hardening practices, STIGs or similar baselines, backup/recovery strategies, and basic ServiceNow administration.
Preferred: experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1 and ITIL certification.
