Description

  • Conduct customer needs assessments to identify business challenges and skill gaps using interviews and product usage data.
  • Create customized learning success plans that recommend courses, workshops, and documentation based on customer goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of live learning sessions and adapt facilitation in real time to learner questions and needs.
  • Recommend strategies to improve customer learning maturity and support both technical and pedagogical questions.
  • Coordinate learning experiences with content developers, account teams, and authorized training partners.
  • Track, measure, and report on learning progress and ROI using data-driven metrics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may limit customer learning success.
  • Contribute to building customer education programs from the ground up in a first-of-its-kind role.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, or other Atlassian tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Education, Scaled Success, or Training.
  • Proven ability to build high-value relationships in a B2B SaaS environment, or 3+ years of technical experience with the tools plus customer training support experience.
  • Experience managing the ideation, scheduling, and resource planning for complex training programs.
  • Strong proficiency in adult learning principles and performance consulting.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate live training sessions confidently and improvise to answer unexpected questions.
  • Comfort working in a first-of-kind role without an established playbook.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to create alignment.
  • Preferred experience with customer education, scaled success, or technical training programs.
