Description

  • Conduct customer needs assessments through interviews and product usage data to identify business challenges and skill gaps.
  • Create customized learning success plans with the right mix of courses, workshops, and documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of live learning activities and facilitate high-impact training sessions.
  • Adapt training content in real time to answer questions and keep learners engaged and on track.
  • Recommend strategies to improve customer learning maturity and support technical or pedagogical questions.
  • Coordinate learning experiences with content developers, account teams, and authorized training partners.
  • Track learning progress and report results using data-driven metrics to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may prevent customer learning success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Education, Scaled Success, or Training.
  • 3+ years of technical experience with relevant tools and experience supporting customers who needed training.
  • Deep understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, JSM, or other Atlassian software.
  • Proven ability to build high-value relationships in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in ideation, scheduling, and resource management for complex training programs.
  • Strong proficiency in adult learning principles and performance consulting.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working in a first-of-kind role without an existing playbook.
  • Ability to articulate a vision and create alignment across cross-functional teams.
