Description

  • Own global Teacher and Buyer personas and design high-conversion lifecycle campaigns across email, ads, and in-product channels.
  • Build evergreen omnichannel campaigns that drive retention, expansion, and engagement with guidance from marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to create consistent customer touchpoints for teachers and administrators.
  • Work with Product teams to build in-product touchpoints that improve product usage, education, and retention.
  • Use customer journey data to design and run A/B tests and personalization tactics that increase conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly and translate data into actionable insights and executive-level updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Customer Marketing, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Strong ability to write clear, actionable marketing copy for email, social, product, and other channels that drives action.
  • Experience designing and executing rigorous split tests, from subject lines to full onboarding sequences.
  • Comfort analyzing data to improve retention and expansion metrics.
  • Deep interest in the K-5 education landscape and ability to translate complex product features into teacher-friendly benefits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Customer Experience teams on in-app triggers and renewal/retention funnels.
  • Former classroom experience or a deep personal connection to the teaching profession is preferred.
