Description

  • Lead organic strategy for a portfolio of clients and build annual and quarterly roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and guide strategic conversations on organic growth, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered discovery.
  • Conduct content gap analyses, competitive research, keyword strategy, and SERP landscape analysis.
  • Evaluate how client content surfaces in traditional search, AI-generated results, and other generative search experiences.
  • Translate performance data from GA4, Adobe, and Search Console into actionable client insights.
  • Connect ranking changes, traffic trends, SERP feature shifts, and generative visibility signals to client goals.
  • Strengthen technical SEO foundations including site architecture, internal linking, structured data, crawlability, and entity clarity.
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Zapier, and APIs to support research and workflows.
  • Test, refine, and document AI-driven workflows and GEO experiments to improve organic visibility strategies.
  • Manage multiple clients, shifting priorities, and cross-functional collaboration across projects.

Requirements

  • Experience building and driving SEO strategy across multiple industries.
  • Strong technical SEO foundation, including site architecture, structured data, indexing diagnostics, and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of how traditional SEO elements influence both rankings and generative visibility.
  • Ability to connect SEO and GEO performance to business outcomes and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with AI and LLM tools beyond basic content drafting, including using them for analysis, research, and workflow improvement.
  • Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Adobe, Search Console, and leading SEO tools.
  • Curiosity around emerging GEO measurement signals such as AI Overview presence, generative citations, and SERP volatility.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate AI-generated insights in real business context.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities.
  • US-based candidate who can work continental US hours; remote or Philadelphia-based working arrangement available.
