Description

  • Architect large-scale digital analytics implementations for multiple clients, primarily using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Audit new and existing implementations to identify technical gaps, configuration issues, and feasible solutions.
  • Build measurement frameworks that connect data to real business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys.
  • Implement analytics and marketing tags through tag management systems in collaboration with developers, IT, and clients.
  • Write clear technical documentation for internal teams, clients, and developers.
  • Develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences.
  • Define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing methodologies for GEO Test & Learn initiatives.
  • Evaluate causal relationships, incrementality, and business impact through thoughtful experimental design and analysis.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and client-ready recommendations using AI tools.
  • Build automations, workflows, prompts, and AI-assisted processes that improve analytics work.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to peers and associates to elevate analytics and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • US-based candidate able to work continental US hours.
  • Experience with advanced analytics implementation, including behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement.
  • Comfort discussing incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts.
  • Daily working knowledge of AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate analysis and produce client-ready outputs.
  • Ability to build prompts, workflows, agents, and repeatable systems that automate and simplify work.
  • Strong ownership of ambiguous problems with the ability to break them into actionable next steps.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a tool like Wrike.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their impact on discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement.
  • Confidence to set boundaries, give feedback, and present client value clearly when challenges arise.
  • Passion for mentoring teammates and elevating analytics capabilities across the team.
  • Nice to have: experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows.
  • Nice to have: early exposure to GEO, LLM visibility tracking, or AI search measurement.
  • Nice to have: experience building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools.
  • Nice to have: consulting or agency experience.

Benefits

  • $78,000 to $98,000 annual salary.
  • Annual compensation review at least once per year.
  • Remote-first work environment with the option to work from the Philadelphia HQ office.
