Description

  • Support AWS and Microsoft partner programs by helping ensure technical and business requirements are met and partnership benefits are tracked.
  • Manage day-to-day lead registration and co-sell processes in cloud provider tools, including initial sales communications and issue escalation.
  • Coordinate cloud marketplace transactions, revenue tracking, reporting, and data updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate training and readiness programs for VAR and services partners, including scheduling, communications, and participation tracking.
  • Support VAR partner management by coordinating contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and partner progress tracking against named accounts.
  • Coordinate lead distribution to partners and maintain reporting on outcomes.
  • Organize Seeq participation in partner co-sell activities and recurring partner communications such as meetings, win wires, and newsletters.
  • Execute demand generation campaigns with VARs and cloud partners under marketing and sales guidance.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to improve partner program efficiency.
  • Track KPIs, report on program performance, and contribute data-driven input to targets and program reviews.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partner contacts through clear communication and reliable follow-through.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in partner marketing, sales operations, or channel management, preferably in B2B software or technology.
  • Experience working with partners or customers in process manufacturing industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals, or in adjacent industrial markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud and modern software technologies and/or marketplace programs such as AWS or Microsoft is preferred.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and/or management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion.
  • Comfortable working with data to support reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence.
  • No US F1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available for this role.
