Description

  • Author scalable solution components (accelerators, templates, calculators, KPIs, dashboards, workflows) in Seeq Workbench, Organizer, and Data Lab aligned to priority industry use cases and personas.
  • Package solutions for reuse with documentation, example datasets, validation plans, and clear success criteria for partner and customer delivery.
  • Lead pilots and scale-out projects to validate value, harden solution patterns, and transition solutions to customer operations.
  • Define solution success metrics, value hypotheses, and verification methods; measure and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise data ecosystems and downstream tools (e.g., OPC UA/OPC HDA, SQL databases, data lakes/warehouses, Databricks, Azure ML, AWS Lambda, Power BI/Tableau) following security, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Industry Principals, Product Management, and Engineering to align solutions to roadmap, close capability gaps, and influence prioritization.
  • Support Product Marketing and Solution Consulting by creating credible demos, narratives, and go-to-market assets and by assisting targeted pre-sales engagements.
  • Create enablement kits (deployment guides, reference architectures, playbooks) and mentor Seeq partners to scale delivery globally and locally.
  • Gather field feedback, monitor adoption, iterate on solution quality/usability/learnability, and contribute patterns to Seeq’s solution library and training content.

Requirements

  • Process manufacturing experience in O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, or related industries with ability to translate operational objectives into analytics-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency in time series analytics, including feature engineering, event/condition detection, asset segmentation, anomaly/quality logic, and KPI design.
  • Hands-on experience with Seeq (Workbench/Organizer/Data Lab) and working knowledge of Python and SQL for solution logic, automation, and packaging.
  • Experience with historian and OT data platforms such as AVEVA PI, IP.21, DeltaV, Wonderware, or GE Proficy.
  • Customer-facing delivery experience leading pilots/POCs to production with strong value articulation, scope management, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, Applied Math, Data Analytics, or related discipline—or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud and modern data platforms and architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP, Databricks) is preferred.
  • Domain-specific experience preferred such as batch analytics (pharma), reliability analytics, energy/carbon accounting, and APC/optimization exposure.
  • Experience creating reusable delivery assets and enabling partner ecosystems (templates, playbooks, training) is preferred.
  • Strong technical communication skills across SME, manager, and executive audiences, including demos, workshops, and solution storytelling; occasional travel typically 10–25% and ability to collaborate across time zones in a remote environment.
