Description

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor through solution reviews, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
  • Identify high-value analytics use cases aligned with customers’ business workflows and objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers and account teams to develop and execute adoption plans.
  • Help customer champions and end users implement and operationalize use cases for measurable ROI.
  • Maintain expertise in implementing and troubleshooting Seeq platform solutions.
  • Identify product capability gaps and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Work with product teams to implement and test new customer-focused functionality.
  • Apply industry knowledge and market trends to build customer trust and inform solutions.
  • Collaborate with industry principals, product marketing, and solution consulting teams on industry strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; operations research, data analytics, and applied mathematics degrees are also considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering, SaaS, OT, or a related industry.
  • Experience in one or more industrial process manufacturing sectors, such as oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power and utilities, metals and mining, food and beverage, or pulp and paper.
  • Understanding of industrial business priorities and market drivers.
  • Understanding of challenges associated with analyzing dense time-series process data using tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or BI platforms.
  • Strong customer relationship-building, consulting, and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer-stated and implied needs for both subject matter experts and managers.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work based on account strategy, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Programming experience in Python or other languages, prior Seeq experience, and knowledge of industrial analytics ecosystems such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, AVEVA, AspenTech, Cognite, C3.ai, or Palantir are preferred.
