Description

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product portfolio focused on threat-informed prioritization and time-sensitive response.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and set strategic priorities for managed services solutions.
  • Communicate the product vision and roadmap across the organization to align stakeholders on direction and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather and synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback from customers and stakeholders to prioritize capability delivery.
  • Lead the development of supply chain-specific solutions in collaboration with engineering, data science, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for proactive threat detection and rapid response capabilities.
  • Drive the development of automated capabilities using AI, machine learning, and real-time data to mitigate threats at scale.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand evolving supply chain security risks.
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and beta programs to validate concepts and refine the roadmap.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with engineering, threat intelligence, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver, support, and implement SCDR solutions.
  • Work with third-party vendors and partners to integrate their tools and technologies into SecurityScorecard’s offerings.
  • Define and track product performance metrics such as adoption, retention, and effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and insights on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends for executive leadership.
  • Identify and address gaps in the product offering using customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • Strong background in detection and response (XDR/MDR) or related cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience in supply chain cybersecurity is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies, including threat intelligence platforms, SIEM, EDR, and incident response frameworks.
  • Specific focus on MDR for supply chain risk is required.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching innovative cybersecurity products.
  • Strong focus on customer needs, market research, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across business units.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in performance measurement, competitive analysis, and product optimization.
  • PMP, CISSP, or other relevant product management and security certifications preferred.
