Description

  • Become an expert on the Secureframe product and develop a deep understanding of customers.
  • Synthesize customer pain points, user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into detailed product requirements.
  • Drive feature development from start to finish with the engineering team and key stakeholders.
  • Identify product improvements and new opportunities proactively.
  • Partner with other product managers and cross-functional teams to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
  • Support projects and go-to-market activities, including planning, execution, and success monitoring.
  • Use product metrics to assess the health and success of the product.
  • Work closely with leadership across the organization and help influence team culture.
  • Own products from conception to launch and support their development and business success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • A builder mindset with strong product taste and a track record of shipping products customers love.
  • A rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritization and problem solving.
  • Fluency in modern AI tools and excitement about their applications.
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to move fast and handle ambiguity.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Naturally curious and resourceful, with a strong desire to keep growing.
  • Preferred: ability to work in a hybrid capacity from NYC.
  • Must be able to travel by air to company offsites two to four times per year.
