Description

  • Define and drive product strategy for internal and customer-facing platforms.
  • Identify opportunities across AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership on product roadmaps.
  • Build scalable product systems and frameworks rather than one-off features.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Use data, user research, and experimentation to understand user behavior.
  • Drive execution with clarity and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Improve long-term product value through adoption, retention, efficiency, and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a product-driven company.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and practical product applications.
  • Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams and assess technical feasibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment.
  • Preferred: experience with AI copilots, conversational interfaces, workflow engines, automation tools, predictive analytics, operational products, B2B SaaS platforms, product-led growth, or AI-first product experiences.
