Description

  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
  • Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
  • Stay current on UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to improve research practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools.
  • Experience with remote research tools and platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques (preferred).
