Description

  • Develop the program scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and threats.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams.
  • Diagnose technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project escalations and help assemble project teams.
  • Produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate development progress to senior managers.
  • Lead the execution of complex technical projects across multiple workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Extensive experience owning complex projects across multiple development streams and departments.
  • Extensive experience working with JIRA.
  • Experience managing and delivering large data-focused programs and projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate status, issues, and risks to executive leadership.
  • Experience solutioning integration and data platform projects.
  • Strong personality with the ability to ask tough questions and drive issues to resolution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and solutioning skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments.
