Description

  • Conduct daily live virtual training sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Deliver training modules clearly and break down complex concepts into actionable steps.
  • Keep trainees engaged through Q&A, roleplays, interactive discussions, and scenario simulations.
  • Intervene in real time when learners struggle to understand critical concepts.
  • Maintain a supportive, high-energy classroom environment and manage group dynamics.
  • Handle questions, objections, and learning blockers without delaying the session.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises, system walkthroughs, and scenario-based practice with CRM, bookkeeping, and AI tools.
  • Monitor trainee performance during live practice and provide immediate coaching and corrections.
  • Administer practical assessments, guide trainees through instructions, and ensure assessment integrity.
  • Share feedback with curriculum developers and operational teams to improve training materials and class structure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, preferably in BPO, VA, or corporate training.
  • Comfort running live virtual classes without step-by-step direction.
  • Ability to intervene effectively in real time when trainees struggle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • High-energy, confident presence with a patient, adaptable, and coaching-focused approach.
  • Basic familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems, bookkeeping tools, and AI applications.
  • Able to work full-time in the PH time zone in a remote, direct-hire, long-term role.
  • Must submit a 1–2 page facilitation plan for a live training session as part of the application.
  • Experience in handling difficult learners or supporting knowledge retention in live sessions is preferred.
